As a professional real estate coach and real estate school instructor, I know that learning the concepts to pass the state exam, write an offer, and follow an escrow timeline can be easily taught. What cannot be learned, is the passion to provide the best customer service possible regardless of the client, the commission, or the sales price. I have witnessed too many agents “passing” on clients they feel are not at a high enough price point, who lose patience with first time buyers, or conveniently neglect to show listings with a lower commission. That is not the type of brokerage we choose to be.
